AMC COMMUNICATIONS Ltd. is a privately-owned company based in Barnet, on the North London / South Hertfordshire border. Established in 1986, the company was originally engaged in the design, supply and installation of Sound Systems for the Leisure-Entertainment Industry. It soon branched out into Voice Communications for the emerging City Financial Trading business and designed and manufactured a large quantity of specialised equipment for that sector. Concurrently, it entered the Equipment Hire market, embracing a wide variety of Audio and Visual Systems and Services for Indoor and Outdoor Events, Conferences, Social Functions etc.
Over the years we have consolidated our activities and now have three main areas of operation - HIRE, INSTALLATIONS & SALES, MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS - comprehensive details of which will be found in the previous pages.
We always approach each new challenge from a Best Engineering Practice standpoint. We frequently employ a mixture of traditional time-honoured methods and up-to-the-minute technology, in order to deliver the best possible solutions to our customers.
In addition, we have the in-house capabilities to design and build special equipment to suit particular requirements where no "off the shelf" apparatus is readily available.
